At Gateway Disc Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-stamped discs and used equipment are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Pack Your Items
Securely pack the unused items in the original packaging, ensuring that discs are protected from bending or warping during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the items back to our headquarters in St. Louis.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
